Insurance
Our office accepts most types
of dental insurance. Typically, your dental insurance
will pay 100% preventive procedures and 50% or more for
restorative and deep cleaning procedures up to an annual
maximum depending on the plan. As a courtesy, we will
submit the claim for you after any treatments are completed.
If you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits,
we will be more than happy to answer your questions and
make sure you receive and maximize your benefits by submitting
the claim. However, it is the patient's responsibility
to deal with the insurance company if any problem arises.
We
want to emphasize that it is the responsibility of our
office to ensure that we offer the best and appropriate
treatments to our patients regardless of what and how
much the insurance will cover to make sure that you receive
the best care you deserve.

Emergencies
Please call us as early in the morning
as possible if you are experiencing a dental emergency
so that the Scheduling Coordinator can make every effort
to accommodate you into the daily schedule. Depending
on the urgency of your situation you will usually be
seen the day that you call by one of the doctors that
is available. If you are in need after hours page the
doctor at (360) 629-1776 and then dial in your phone
number and area code and hang up for a return call.
Referrals
We are happy to see new patients. If
you know of any family or friends who are in need of
good dental health, we would be pleased to have them
call us.
