Here you can let us know if you need to make an appointment if you are an existing patient. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please call us at (360) 629-1776. We also ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours advance notice if you wish to reschedule. Patients who cancel or miss their appointment without 48 hours notice will be charged a fee of $50 per hour.
