Dr. Shawn Magelsen studied at Brigham Young University receiving his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. He received his dental training at Temple University School of Dentistry. Since completion of dental school,

Shawn has been practicing dentistry here in Snohomish County.
Shawn is passionate about his work. He spends many hours each year taking courses to stay on top of the latest in dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, and Snohomish County Dental Society. He donates time to the local Smile Mobile and also participates in his church, serving as a leader of teenage youth.

Dr. Magelsen currently lives in Marysville with his wife Sarah and their four daughters. He loves to snow ski, hike, mountain bike, and has recently begun training for triathlon events.
